Had issues with my xmatters installation, so I reinstalled version 4.10 version 1006. Everything is pretty much out of the box at this point, and have integrated with network node manager 9.0. My database is SQL server 2008 express. My first issue is with the phone-engine. Functionally, everything is working. The phone log is clean. The configurations look ok. When I attempt to verify a device, everything starts fine, the script runs, and the exhaustive report shows that a person was contacted. When I receive a notification from NNMi that is received on the phone engine, same thing...According to the exhaustive report, the message has reached a person. But in fact the call is never received.
Any help would be appreciated...
