hoping I over looked something, so I'll ask here for any help. I had a working control-m integration with email, voice and sms responses. I moved the IA environment to a new server ( tar'ed up the IA directory, and then copied to new server). I purged and reloaded the IA
and it looked good. events are processed on xmatters and email responses are handled correctly. What does not work are SMS responses - If I enter the simple SMS reply ( 1-Callme, 34-1) and I reply with 34, it says 34 is not a valid response.
Im looking thru log and trying to find were its processing the response is invalid, but no luck yet. Has anyone seen this after an IA move?
any idea on were to look for debug info....
