CA Spectrum - Subscription Panel Issue

Hello All,

Im working on an xMatters inetgration with CA Spectrum and am having an issue with the lookups for the Subscription Panel. Both MNAME and and MTYPE Values are lookups and the panel has the performserach attribute set to true.

When I open the panel:

1) The Landscape Handle has no Value to select from

2) The model name cannot be searched (returns no values)

Has anyone got any recommendations on how to troublshoot this?

P.S I did find the other article in regards to updating the service gateway values on the agent but that did not help either.
