How to change the format of browser content?

Hi,

We have installed xMatters 5.0.8 with SCOM and BPPM integrations.

We have added additional values to the integration, changed the EMAIL and SMS content to our needs and now i have tried to change the formating of the Browser content.

Is there a way to bring in new lines? I have tried with the /n from the integrations as well as <br>. No way, all event tokens are displayed in one big message block.
