SIP registration fails with SIP/2.0 404 Not found on Avaya

SIP registration fails with SIP/2.0 404 Not found

 

 

Hi Nick - I'm receiving 404 errors on our VM alarmpoint server too.  We are not using Asterick, we are trying to use an Avaya SIP Gateway.  Any ideas on what we are doing wrong?

Brandy, since you use Avaya, you might want to pass this (Configuring Avaya SIP for use with xMatters (alarmpoint)) along to your telco team.  We spent a great deal of time working with the Avaya folks to put together a solid SIP solution for our clients.  Please let us know if that helps.
