We have a current issue that needs to be fixed. Currently we have installed the integration agent, we have inserted and changed all necessary changes in Service Manager that the installation guide told us to. We are able to press "ok" in a new change order and get a successful injection message(and receive it at alarmpoint). When we try to change the Phase of the change order it is able to close the phase but not open the next change and just "hangs" (essentially just gives us the hour glass and stays like this until you end the session). Once you end Service Manager and open it again and find the Change Order that you just tried to change the phase, you find that the phase has been changed to the next phase(but never received anything at alarmpoint).

Integration – HPSM Change Management version 2.2, on HPSM 7.11
Platform – Windows, SQL Server
I have removed all the tailoring and unloads from Service Manager that pertain to Alarmpoint and I am able to change the phase with no "hang". So this is clearly an issue with the tailoring done with alarmpoint.
