We are on 5.0.10 version. After the installation, we completed the data migration.
Now once I send a message to Email Device and respond to it, below message is shown in the logs:
Could not locate the notification key in response. This is a normal situation if short sms is configured, else the response will not be processed. Configured Key: XMkey %Notification Key%.. In the reports, I dont see response being logged.
Everything works fine in 4.1 version.
Any help on this?
