Service now integration data synchronization with Alarmpoint

hi,

i am trying to perform the data sync from service now to alarmpoint . We are getting some error message.

soapResponse: <faultstring>The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is http://localhost:8888/api/services/AlarmPointWebService and the WSA Action = null</faultstring>

Integration end point working correctly. But data synchronization end point not working.

Integration endpoint url http://tnwd03177.fn.ae.ge.com:8081/servicenowim_servicenowim

Synchronization endpoint url  http://tnwd03177.fn.ae.ge.com:8888/api/services/AlarmPointWebService

Please suggest any setup needs to be done in alarmpoint side  to perform the data synchronization.
