I'm working through the xMatters PDF for installing xMatters Lite 4.1.0 and getting it to communicate with HP NNMi 9.10. I've gotten to the end of chapter 2 where you take a device offline that NNMi is monitoring and you're supposed to see in NNMi's incident notes an entry saying AlarmPoint has generated an alert for it. Well, NNMi does create a fault incident instance for the downed device, but there is nothing showing up in the incident's information that indicates NNMi has any awareness of xMatters anywhere. I'm new to this version of NNMi (was using the old OpenView products on Solaris 5+ years ago), as well as xMatters. The xMatters PDF I'm working off of doesn't include a troubleshooting section. I feel like I'm at a point where it might be helpful to ask out there if anyone has some suggestions for where to go looking for my problem 
I just took a look in the xMatter's web interface for my installation under the 'Reports' tab. The top of the page is titled 'Components Status Summary'. The last item on the page is titled 'Integration Agents'. There is nothing listed there. Is that where I should be seeing some kind of entry indicating that this xMatters is integrated with my NNMi ?
