I have seen this problem pop up from time to time and I'm curious who else has run into it and what we might be able to do about it. We are getting completely blank emails sent from xM, using either the client's SMTP server or gmail's SMTP server. They look like this:
Literally... blank. No subject, no body, nothing.
I opened a ticket a while back and I think support was focusing on a max number of characters for an individual token as 4000, but in this case I have updated the js in the IA to chop at 3998 characters and verified each token is less than 3998 characters.
Additionally, subscriptions work fine, they are populated with data like they should be, subject, body and all.
In this particular case, it is the CA SD integration, but I have also seen this with BMC Remedy.
Anyone else run into this?
