Intuit has been using MIR3 for a few years and now going to (x)matters, one of the major complaints about on-call schedules is that the on-call resource is not notified by the system when going on-call. I was hoping once we moved to (x)matters that this issue would be resolved but I'm being told no.
It would be GREAT if (x)matters was able to notify a user when they are "now" on-call, e-mail would be the minimum but the option for a phone call or SMS would be nice. This option if present should be customizable by each user so they can choose whether they want the functionality on/off and choose the delivery method for the notification.
If this is NOT the right place to put in an enhancement request then please let me know.
