xMatters Group Data in SQL Database

Hi xPerts,

Does anyone know how frequently changes in the WebUI are committed to the SQL Database?

I'm working on building some reports and I'm finding that newly created groups are not in the [ALARMPOINT4].[ALARMPONT4].[GRP_TF] Table in the SQL Database.  Does anyone know where newly created groups reside in the SQL Database?
