smpp configuration xmatters5

hi folks,

we are setting up smpp with mBlox for sms testing from xmatters5. We have tested the connection and it is failing at the providers end. They have looked at their logs and said we need to change the originator code  to type 3.

here is what the said:

I have investigated on your submissions and found that you have sent that

message using originator type=1, US and Canada only allow short code originators (type=3).

my question is where can this be configure in xmatters, I have looked in the device engine for smpp and the protocol provider pages, but have not found it yet.

anyone have any ideas?
