I need some help regarding notifications in xMatters 4.1 Build 50 (Patch 0) (==> Sorry, customer is on this version and has no reason to upgrade).
I am looking for a way to send an event as notify only for a specific device.
For example; User has 3 devices; Voice, Text Phone and Email.
When an alert must be notified to the user, only the Text Phone must be send as Notified Only (fyi).
The other devices are send with the interaction needed interface.
Can this be done, and how could I accomplish this with the "Default" Event Domain.
