I would like to initiate and check the status of Scenarios via Web Services.. is this possible? What capabilities exist today / planned for future, with regards to managing and control of scenarios via web services?
My thinking here is that having the ability to drive and monitor scenarios would be a valuable component of a larger IT Process / Service Management application workflow...eg: one task in a chain of incident management workflow would be to leverage xMatters to bring a conference bridge together and then move the incident workflow on to the next stage only when that bridge has been confirmed as filled by the required individuals.
What do others think? Might this be useful.. be interested to hear.
