its possible create a Script Package for send notifiations differentiating whether sends sms or e-mail in the same command

hello

in this moment i need send evets with a command  differentiating whether sends sms or e-mail to person or group

for example

the any group have sms and mail but i need in the command say send notify only sms

APClient.bin --map-data  TEST "group"  "message"  " 1 0 "

where

1 is sms and 0 email

any idea?
